Not quite as it looks in the pictures

This dress is shorter than it appears in the photos. I’m 5’3 and bought the size small and it only goes to my ankles, does not pool past my feet like in the pictures. Also the floral appliqué don’t start small and grow in size. They look the same all along the skirt and instead of being placed artfully like in the pictures they’re pretty much evenly spaced along the skirt. Still cute but not as high tone as it looks in the pictures.
