DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased this product and wanted to do a return after trying on the product. I sent an email the same day I received the product. They have refused to provide me so far with a return label after I complied with their return requirements and am now out about $250 for products that I cannot use. They do not comply with their own policy for returns and the quality of the products is very poor. I wanted to like this brand so much as they have innovative looks but my experience with their customer service team has been so incredibly poor that I cannot recommend this brand to anyone.
